We are posting some of the customer feedback our company has received over the years to help give an idea of the positive experiences people have had when dealing with our company. We have typed out the written letters as opposed to scanning them, but we do have original copies of all these letters and emails. We are also leaving out names to protect our customers privacy. Please note, the FTC has received no complaints against our company and there has been no "injury to consumers" that have used our products, just satisfied customers as these letters and comments show. This merchant provides Essiac Tea in a form that is most convenient to use. Since it is a concentrated liquid extract, its packaging is smaller and takes up less space in your home. It also requires no refrigeration, so it is convenient to travel with, and doesnt take up space in your refrigerator. This concentrated liquid extract form of Essiac Tea gives more flexibility on administering the product, i.e. it can be taken sublingually (under the tongue) or can be mixed in a warm beverage, such as tea, for consumption. Ordering online with my credit card was very simple and straight forward. I was able to choose the shipping method after being informed of the cost of each. I received e-mail confirmations of the receipt and subsequent shipping of my order. It was nice to be kept in the loop regarding activity on my order! The order was immediately processed and shipped, and I received it promptly by US Priority Mail, within three days of ordering. I was delighted to discover that the merchant had only charged me his own cost to ship my order. In this day and age, this is almost unheard of! We are grateful to have an herbal company that makes such a pure product and that is so honest and ethical. We have been ordering herbal supplements from you for about 15 years and never had a complaint about anything. You have always been more than generous, and have at times given us free products, when you knew we were having financial difficulties. Ted has had non-hodgkins lymphoma for over 20 years now, and we have used Native Essence herbal supplements to enhance his medical treatment, with our physicians approval. In 1994 Ted had a tumor on the side of his face in front of his ear that was very obvious. He had previously been in Chemotherapy, which caused some damage to his heart, and the cancer returned within 5 months, so we decided to see if [product name removed], would help.
